Information for Departing Students

As the semester comes to a close, we wish to provide some reminders for students who will not be returning to the college.

All students who are leaving should be sure to return all technology and other borrowed materials to the Library or lending department on campus.

Graduating Students

Students who are graduating will keep their accounts for a full year following graduating. If your graduation date is in May, your account will be deactivated in mid-May next year. If your graduation date is in December, your account will be deactivated immediately after the new year one year following your graduation.

Withdrawing Students

Students who withdraw from the college for any reason will only have access to their accounts until the IT Department has been notified of your withdrawal or until the end of your date of withdrawal, whichever is later.

Clubs and Organizations
