What does the Senior Week Core Do?
• Plan 4 events during the week leading to Commencement What Are the Positions on the Core?
Core Co-Chair (2)
o Direct liaison between SEAL office and Core o Schedule meeting times o Craft meeting agendas o Preside over bi-weekly meetings o Work with Treasurer to oversee budgeting o Design and order class gift o Support core in any way and every way Monday Event Co- Chair (2) o Plan and execute the week’s kick-off (traditionally daytime event) Tuesday Event Co-Chair (2) o Plan and execute semi-formal dance on campus Wednesday Event Co-Chair (2) o Plan and execute a daytime event Thursday Event Co-Chair (2) o Work with Foxwoods Casino to host an event Marketing Chair o Design all marketing materials o Manage Instagram page
Co-Chairs for All Events Share the Same Responsibilities
• Choose theme and timing of event
• Research and contract:
o Caterer
o Entertainment (band, DJ, etc.)
o Any outside vendors
