Join us on for a gallery talk and tour celebrating the opening of WOR[L]DS at Reilly Gallery in the Smith Center for the Arts.
Co-organized by guest curators María Fernanda Mancera and artist Gabriel Sosa, the exhibition features Tatiana Gómez & José R. Menéndez (buena gráfica studio™), Anna McNeary, Meg Rotzel, Diana Sánchez, and Sosa. Through prints, works on paper, sculpture, video, ceramics, and textiles, the artists explore how words can take haptic, material, and sonic forms—expanding their role as tools of communication to become spaces of encounter.
At 5pm, the curators and artists will lead an interactive gallery talk and tour, offering an opportunity to learn more about the exhibition’s themes and engage directly with the artists and their works. A reception will follow.
