Graduate Assistantships Available in SEAL for 2026-2027!

Hello!

We just wanted to reach out and let you know that we are still looking for PC Graduate School students to work here with us in SEAL!  Please see a general job description below and the different options for assignments attached.  Feel free to apply at the link found here.

Job Description
General responsibilities for assistantships may include the following: 
* Assist in the management and oversight of student events on weekdays, evenings and weekends, including social aspects of regular club and organization activities (20-hours per week). 
* Be a resource to student organizations 
* Maintain regular office hours to assist students in the planning and implementing of activities 
* Assist SEAL staff with large and small scale event planning on a regular basis, including but not limited to supply ordering, program creation, and vendor communication 
* Assist in coordinating an active calendar of events for the College community 
* Coordinate or assist with coordination of various SEAL programming, including responsibilities such as organization of event supplies, working in PC Central, and printing QR codes for attendance 
* This is a 12 month (calendar year) position beginning August 10, 2026
*This is a 20-hour per week position. This position includes working weekdays, evenings and weekends.
•This position ends on May 19, 2027 but is renewable for a second year (or until program requirements are met, if less than 2 years) based on academic and professional performance.
*Candidate must already be admitted to a graduate program at Providence College (certificates do not qualify).

Skills Required 
* Keen attention to detail 
* Reliability in attendance and work schedule 
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
* Previous customer service experience a plus
