The weekend is finally here for the 58th Senior Ring Weekend! It’s going to be a great weekend
As you prepare for today, please be reminded of the following:
1. The formal is from 7pm-10pm in Peterson Recreation Fieldhouse. There will be two photographers present at the beginning of the event, so it’s important to arrive on time if you want to be in Yearbook and get professional pictures taken.
2. TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
3. 21+ Information- 21+ attendees will be required to wear a special wristband to pay for alcoholic beverages at the bar. 21+ Wristband pick up is today at Slavin Info Desk from 8:30am-4:30pm. Please bring your PC ID and State ID or passport & you must be wearing your SRW wristband to receive your 21+ wristband. The wristband will be placed on your right wrist and should not be removed until the end of the weekend.

4. Students will be entering through the Lennon Parking Garage. See diagram below. All attendees must enter this way. If you go in a different direction, you will be directed to the right entrance.
5. There will be a courtesy coat check available outside of the Rec Sports office, but we are not responsible for any lost items.
6. Pat downs will be conducted prior to entering the fieldhouse.
7. Students may not bring the following to the event:
1.Bags/Backpacks (Wristlet size purses are permitted)
2. Beverages of any kind (Students found with alcohol will not be permitted to stay at the event and will be referred to Community Standards.)
3. Gum, Cigarettes, Vaping Devices, & Food
8. Athletic Locker Rooms will not be accessible.
9. Students visibly intoxicated will not be permitted to attend the event.
