Seeking Student Leaders for Pre-Orientation FRAME Program!

FRAME student leaders will be responsible for supporting a small group of first-year students and co-facilitating creative workshops and socials during the pre-orientation program. This role is open to students of all majors and creative backgrounds, and applications are due by Sunday, March 8th at 11:59 PM.

Dept of English and The 2026 René Fortin Essay Contest

DEADLINE APPROACHING – The Providence College Department of English invites student scholars to submit papers for The 2026 René Fortin Essay Contest. To qualify, you must be a sophomore, a junior, or a senior. Please submit one argument-based paper of seven to twenty pages written for a course in the Providence College English Department.

Are You Smarter Than a Friar? – 5:30pm in McPhail’s

Join us for a fast-paced, trivia-filled event where you can put your Providence College knowledge to the test against the friars! Questions will cover everything from Civ to Friars athletics, so whether you’re a history buff or a sports superfan, there’s something for everyone. Chick-fil-A will be provided!
