The Drowsy Chaperone pays tribute to the musicals of the 1920s as a cast recording comes to life.

The poster is primarily dark red and brown, featuring an illustration that centers around theatrical elements. A large, stylized title reads "The Drowsy Chaperone" in bold, theatrical fonts, placed diagonally across the image. A banner underneath the title states "A Musical Within a Comedy." Above the title, small text indicates, "Providence College Department of Theatre, Dance, and Film Presents..." A vintage-style phonograph and a red upholstered chair add to the theatrical theme. Below the title is a brown rectangular box containing details about show dates and directed by information. A stylized martini glass outline is faintly visible to the side, alongside a spotlight-style beam.
