Back to Campus & Snowy Days — Let’s Talk  at Moore Hall

As the spring semester gets underway and snowy days settle in, getting back into routines can feel exciting, overwhelming, or a little bit of both. Sometimes, a short conversation is all it takes to reset, and that’s exactly what Let’s Talk is for.

What is Let’s Talk?
A free, 15-minute, confidential drop-in chat with a counselor. No appointment, no paperwork, just an easy way to connect, reflect, and get support.

Come by if you:
• Feel stressed adjusting back to classes
• Are experiencing the winter blues or homesickness
• Aren’t sure if counseling is right for you
• Want to learn more about campus support resources
• Need advice for yourself or to help a friend

It’s not therapy and not a replacement for ongoing counseling — just a relaxed, no-pressure way to check in.

Where: The Center at Moore Hall – Content Design Studio
Hosted: Divya Thakkar, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Personal Counseling Center

When:
Thursday, Jan. 29 | 2:30–3:30 PM
