Need money for a project? IMPACT grants are designed to support student projects.
The objective of the IMPACT program is to provide opportunities for students to:
• Integrate two or more domains of knowledge (e.g., courses in student’s major and Core courses; coursework and co-curricular activities)
• Gain new knowledge or skills on a topic which is personally meaningful to the student(s) or relevant to the students’ intended post-graduate path
• Share their learning through some sort of public product (e.g., presentation, event, publication)
They are particularly appropriate for projects which bridge co-curricular and curricular learning and/or experiences. IMPACT projects can be mentored by any full-time faculty or staff member.
Spring 2025 represents a pilot phase for this program. A small number of grants will be made to students on a rolling basis, while funding is available.
