Let’s Talk -Thurs., 11/13 from 10:30-11:30am in Moore

Cooler weather and shorter days can make this time of year feel a little overwhelming. Whether you’re feeling stressed, homesick, or just need a quick chat, Let’s Talk is here for you. Drop by for a chat with a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.

What is Let’s Talk? A 15-minute drop-in conversation with a counselor. A relaxed space to connect, decompress, and get support.

Come by if you:

• Feel the midterm stress catching up to you

• Aren’t sure if counseling is right for you

• Miss home or need advice about college life

• Want to learn more about resources on campus

• Need quick advice for yourself or to support a friend

It’s not therapy and not a replacement for ongoing counseling, just an easy, no-pressure way to check in.
