Midterm Quick Check-In — Join Let’s Talk at Moore Hall

Adjusting to college life or just feeling a little off with midterm exams and cozy weather lately? Sometimes you just need to talk things out — and that’s exactly what Let’s Talk is for.

What is Let’s Talk?

A free, 15-minute, confidential drop-in chat with a counselor. No appointment, no paperwork — just a simple way to connect and find support.

Come by if you: Aren’t sure if counseling is right for you • Feel homesick or stressed about college life • Want to learn more about campus resources • Need advice for yourself or to help a friend. It’s not therapy and not a replacement for ongoing counseling — it’s just an easy, no-pressure way to check in.

Where: The Center at Moore Hall – Content Design Studio Hosted by: Divya Thakkar, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Personal Counseling Center.

When:

Tuesday, Oct. 14 | 1:30–2:30 PM
