Mothering & Motherhood Workshop – 2/23 at 5:30pm, Great Room

Join the Civics Collective for an interactive workshop on Mothering & Motherhood featuring alumnae voices. Come by to learn more about care work, health care, career/family, and loss, grief & support!

Centering on Mothering & Motherhood, the Civics collective workshop will feature Jessica Lindberg, Emerald Ortiz ('14), and Judge Mary McElroy ('87). Students will come away with a better understanding of care work, health care, career/family & loss, grief, and support (among other topics) related to mothering & motherhood. With guidance from Dr. Amy Delaney, Assistant Professor of Nursing, students will also reflect on these topics in their own lives & relationships. The workshop will be held on Monday, February 23rd at 5:30pm in the Ruane Great Room.
