Need a Quick Check-In? Come to Let’s Talk at Moore Hall Starting Thursday, 9/11 from 10:30–11:30am

Ever feel like you just need to talk something out—but not ready for a full counseling session? That’s exactly what Let’s Talk is for. What is Let’s Talk?

• Drop in for a 15-minute, confidential chat with a counselor.

• Ask questions, share a one-time concern, or learn about campus resources.

• Great if you’re:

       • Not sure if counseling is for you

       • Curious about campus support services

       • Helping a friend and need some advice It’s not therapy and not a replacement for ongoing counseling—it’s just an easy, no-pressure way to check in.

Where: The Center at Moore Hall Content Design Studio

Hosted: Divya Thakkar, Licensed Mental Health Counselor from the Personal Counseling Center

When:

• Tuesday, Oct. 14 | 1:30–2:30 PM
