Tux Pick Up will on Monday Oct 19th thru Tuesday, Oct 20th – Lower Slavin outside of McPhails
• Tuxes for Last Names starting A-M on Monday, October 19 – 11am-2pm
• Tuxes for Last Names starting N-Z on Tuesday, October 20 – 11am-2pm
SRW Wristbands, Waivers, and SRW Gift Pick Up– Lower Slavin outside of McPhails – HAVE YOUR QR TICKET READY TO SCAN
• Monday, October 19th – 11am-2pm
• Tuesday, October 20th- 11am-5pm
• Wednesday, October 21st 6pm-9pm
At this time, you will receive your SRW wristbands (not including the 21+ wristbands) and you will sign waivers. Those of you with guests will receive your guest’s wristband and a waiver for them to sign and hand in at the first event. WRISTBAND LOCK ON TO YOUR WRIST, ONCE THEY ARE ON THEY DO NOT COME OFF. Make you put it on where it doesn’t fall off YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANOTHER WRISTBAND IF YOU BREAKS IT OFF or FALLS OFF. If you prefer SEAL puts on your wristband, please come to 21+ Wristband pick up for assistance.
21+ Wristband Pick Up is on Friday, October 23rd from 12pm-4:30pm outside of the Slavin Info Desk – attendees must have their IDs (PC & State Issued/Passport) and their SRW wristband in order to receive it.
Wristbands must be on all weekend! Please bring your IDs with you to all the events.
Friday, October 23rd – Semiformal in Peterson
Time: 7:30pm-11:30pm
Attire- Semi-Formal
Food – Hot Appetizers and Dessert- Donut Bar Cash Bar with New England Bartending – cash, cards, and apple pay accepted
Entertainment- DJ Pix
Photobooth
Photography – There will be two photographers present. The yearbook photographer which those will be available for purchase after the weekend. An additional photographer is hired to take pictures and those pictures will be available after the weekend for free.
Saturday, October 24th – Formal at Rhodes on the Pawtuxet Time-7pm-11pm
Attire- Formal (If you rented Tux -wear it this day) Dinner Buffet from 7:30pm-9:00pm Cash Bar – cash, cards, and Apple Pay accepted
Entertainment- The Breeze
Photography – There will be two photographers present. The yearbook photographer which those will be available for purchase after the weekend. An additional photographer is hired to take pictures and those pictures will be available after the weekend for free.
Bus Transportation is required
• Bus Loading will be at Harkins Hall starting at 6:15pm – please arrive on time!
• The last bus is estimated to leave at 6:45pm
• Bus Loading back to campus starts at Rhodes on Pawtuxet at 10:30pm for those who want to leave right at 10:30pm.
Friday & Saturday evenings will have full security presence and there will be pat downs conducted entering Peterson and the busses to keep everyone safe. Student may not bring the following items to these events:
1. Bags/Backpacks (Wristlet size purses are permitted 6.25 inches long by 4 inches high)
2. Beverages of any kind (Students found with alcohol will not be permitted to stay at the event and will be referred to Community Standards.)
3. Gum, Cigarettes, Vape Devices, Nicotine products, & Food
Sunday, October 25th – Ring Distribution 12:00pm-1:45pm Concannon Atrium Make sure to bring your ID! Don’t peek at it until we open them in Mass! It’s great moment for the class!
Sunday, October 25th 2pm-4pm -Ring Blessing Mass & Reception – 2pm-4pm – Peterson Fieldhouse Friends and Families welcome! No ticket and/or wristband required.
A photographer will be present to take photos!
