  • Book Launch Event for Emeritus Prof. Bruce Graver Tonight at 4pm in the Ruane Great Room
    Emeritus Professor Bruce Graver will talk about his new book, “The Stereoscopic Picturesque Nineteenth-Century Photography, Literary Landscapes, and the Third Dimension” and will bring various 3d viewers and 3d photographs from his collection for folks to (carefully) play with. You thought virtual reality glasses were new high-tech inventions? Not so: they were the home entertainment centers of the 19th century.
  • EJ Fagan ’09 on Think Tanks in US Politics Tomorrow at 2pm in Mondor 204
    On Wednesday, February 11 at 2pm in Mondor 204, the Political Science Department, Public Administration Program, and Social Science Program welcome PC alum EJ Fagan ’09, for a talk on his new book, The Thinkers (Oxford 2024), analyzing the rise of partisan think tanks and their impact on polarization in American politics.
