The 2025 Spring Break shuttle sign-ups will be available February 19th at 9am through February 26th at 11pm. Capacity is limited, and reservations will be approved on a first come, first serve basis. The Transportation Office will be running shuttles to:
- TF Green Airport (200 Post Road, Warwick, RI)
- Amtrak/MBTA Station in downtown Providence (100 Gaspee Street, Providence, RI)
- Peter Pan Bus Terminal (1 Peter Pan Way, Providence, RI)
The Airport shuttle will run every 60 minutes from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. The Amtrack/Peter Pan Bus shuttles will run every 30 minutes from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. The shuttles will be available on Thursday, March 6 and Friday, March 7, 2025. To sign up and reserve a spot, please complete this form.
Reminder: When selecting the departure time, that is the time the shuttle will leave campus and NOT the actual flight/train/bus departure time.
Students will receive an email from the Transportation Office to confirm or deny their request by the end of day 2/28/25. Students are allowed to bring one suitcase and backpack on the shuttle. If students bring additional suitcases, they will not be permitted to ride the shuttle and need to find another method of transportation. The shuttle will meet students street side, behind Raymond Hall.
Students must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled reservation. If students need to modify or cancel a reservation, please notify the Transportation office at transportation@providence.edu or (401) 865-2234.
