Stressed? Need a quick check in? Come to Let’s Talk! Tomorrow at 10:30am in Moore Hall Content Design Studio

Midterm exams are here, and spring is just around the corner. This stretch of the semester can feel busy, stressful, and fast-paced—and sometimes, a short conversation is all it takes to reset. That’s exactly what Let’s Talk is for.

Where: The Center at Moore Hall – Content Design Studio
When: Thursday, Mar. 19 | 10:30–11:30 AM
Hosted by: Micki Searight, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Personal Counseling Center

What is Let’s Talk?
A free, 15-minute, confidential drop-in chat with a counselor. No appointment, no paperwork — just an easy way to connect, reflect, and get support. It’s not therapy and not a replacement for ongoing counseling — just a relaxed, no-pressure way to check in.

Come by if you:
• Feel overwhelmed with midterm exams and deadlines
• Are counting down to break but feeling burnt out
• Aren’t sure if counseling is right for you
• Want to learn more about campus support resources
• Need advice for yourself or to help a friend

Same-day walk-ins welcome!
