Winter break starts on December 18. The Helpdesk will be open reduced hours during the intercession. However, the period between Christmas and the new year is a break for the college offices. While most offices on campus will be closed starting on December 23 and not reopening until January 2, the IT Helpdesk will be available for limited support. Our hours during this time will be the following:
Tuesday, December 26 through Friday, December 29 – 9 am to 3 pm
During this time, we will have limited student staffing available for phone and limited on-site support. We will not be able to take walk-in visits to the Helpdesk during this time, and email support may be delayed.
