Providence College offers three different AI tools. Microsoft Copilot with Commercial Data Protection is available for all users. Limited licenses of Copilot for Microsoft 365 are available for faculty and staff. Limited licenses of Rolai, which includes ChatGPT and Google Gemini, are available for faculty.

If you or your student workers need access to edit providence.edu webpages, please visit the Web Services website for information. In order to edit providence.edu web pages, individuals need to become Certified Web Editors by receiving department head approval and by completing the required training program outlined on the Web Editor Training site.
