The IT Department has been working with some departments and individuals to help migrate files stored on their G drives, personal network drives available on campus only, to their OneDrive, cloud storage through Microsoft 365. Switching to OneDrive offers several benefits:
- Access your files from any device with an internet connection
- Automatic versioning and backup of files
- Enhanced security controls
