Over Spring Break, some changes have been made to the first floor computer labs and Helpdesk satellite office in Accinno Hall.
The Helpdesk satellite office has been permanently closed. For all technical support needs, please visit the Helpdesk in room LL25 of the Library. You can also email us at helpdesk@providence.edu, call us at 401-865-HELP (4357), or submit a ticket through Team Dynamix.
Additionally, the computer lab and classroom in Accinno 100 has been moved to Accinno 101. All classes taking place in Accinno 100 will now be held in room 101. Accinno 101 was formerly an open computer lab. It is no longer always available. Please avoid disrupting active instruction. Open computer clusters are available in Slavin or the Library.
