Microsoft has released an updated Teams application that is designed to be more efficient in its use of computer resources. You may have seen or will see a toggle in your Teams app that allows you to switch to the New Teams. You may also be prompted to switch. It is safe to switch to the New Teams, which is being regularly updated with feature enhancements.
