Are you experiencing issues when you sign into CyberFriar? The Helpdesk has heard of a couple easily resolved common issues that users are experiencing.
Error on Sign-in
If you’re experiencing a recurring error message upon sign-in that is unrelated to your password, you may need to clear your browser cache. You can follow the instructions linked below to do this.
Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) Issues
If you are having trouble with MFA, you might need to contact the Helpdesk to have your MFA settings reset.
Users who have downloaded the Authenticator app to use as their MFA method must keep the app on their device. Deleting the app will require that you contact the Helpdesk to reset your MFA settings.
